I was referred to NewCastle by my friend. They refinance by 3-year ARM into a fixed rate with no closing cost. It took about 2 weeks from start to finish. Totally painless and it cost me $0! If you have an adjustable rate mortgage scheduled to adjust soon, I'd recommend that you call NewCastle.

I relocated from New York. My real estate agent told me I should use NewCastle after getting the run-around from the mortgage co my employer's HR dept said I should use. I was worried because I had only 2-weeks to close my loan and the movers were scheduled to haul my stuff half-way across the country. NewCastle completed my application by phone and had my loan ready to close on time. I would highly recommend NewCastle. They made my move a lot easier.

I usually don't take the time to write reviews, but the pros at NewCastle deserve it. I'm a busy attorney and NewCastle made the mortgage process quick and easy by using technology and automation. I shopped around and they were the best on rate and service. Moreover, they delivered on their promises. They got me a 4.5% rate on 5-year ARM on a new construction condo with 5% down. They set me up with a great loan program and interest rate, and made the process quick and easy. What more does anyone want? I would highly recommend NewCastle for your home financing.

Low rate. Got what was promised. My realtor recommended NewCastle. 1st time buyer. They educated me on the process and made it easy. I refer all my friends there.

1st time homebuyer of a new construction condo in the Chicago Loop. NewCastle walked me through the process, got me a great rate and we closed on-time with no problems. My loan officer even showed up at the closig to make sure everything went well. I would recommend using NewCastle.
