Good selection and good prices

I bought tickets for Jersey boys and Mary Poppins in Chicago and the seats were cheaper than other sites and they have plenty of options and prices available. My seats came via fedex a couple days after ordering.

I will be buying tickets to the Cubs and hopefully everything will go just as smooth

• Pros: Selection was good and prices were cheaper than most sites.
• Cons: Not all tickets were available for email

Doesn't Deliver, Overcharges Your Account, Arrogant unhelpful Customer Service

They did not deliver the tickets when promised. When contacted, they casually explained that if we still wanted the tickets in time to see the show we would have to pay ourselves for next day AM delivery charges. Worse yet, when they ran the charge through on our account they overcharged by us by Thousands of dollars! In attempting to have this corrected they were arrogant and rude and coldly stated that the charges were reversed-day after day, when they were not. In our opinion, this is a not a company that we would ever do business with or recommend to anyone.

• Pros: Ticket Price is good, Pleasant Salesman
• Cons: Negligent overcharges to your visa, failure to deliver in time, rude arrogant customer service

These guys had the best price in the city for the cubs tickets I got. I will use them all the time.
