In April of 2008, I found out how lucky I was when to have Dr. Ingham as my doctor. I had a relapse with my back; I was getting out of my car and I couldn't move; I was in severe pain; I called Dr. Ingham and I was in tears. Dr. Ingham was so nice and his bedside manner was incredible; that is when I knew he really loved his job and the patients that he treats. Also, the staff that works for him are very good people as well. I love going to see Dr. Ingham because any questions or concerns I have he answers them and when you are doing well he gets excited; because he loves to see the progress one has made.

I herniated my disc in 11/2006 and went through ten months of physical therapy, bed rest, cortizone shots two in my spine- NOTHING WORKED. Two very reputable surgeons told me I should have surgery. I couldn't sit for more than a half hour without being in severe pain, walk more than a couple of blocks, much less do any kind of exercise. I waited to write this because I had given up hope that it would come back. After six months it is completely healed from the drx 9000. You have given me my life back. Please let me know if I can ever do anything for you!!!!! Thanks too to your staff they are all patient wonderful people.

Pros: Wonderful experience.

Cons: I cannot think of one.

We are writing this to let everyone know how grateful we are that our daughter is in better health from your treatments. In June, she was constantly in pain! She was on pain pills and the sports doctors at a local hospital said she had degenerative disc disease and there was nothing they could do. We met Dr. Ingham in Andersonville fest in June. Dr. Ingham looked at her MRI examined her and said he could help her. She started her treatments (DRX 9000) and continued with her prescribed treatments. Today she feels like a new person and can do normal things again. She is pain free and is so grateful to all the people at Advanced Spine & Sports Care! My daughter is a member of the Lincoln Park Rowers and is one of the top rowers on the team. Thanks again! We recommend you and your treatments to anyone with back pain!

I never thought that I needed chiropractic care even though I had experienced a great deal of lower back pain and often limped to walk for years. After the treatment and rehabilitation process with Dr. Ingham and his staff at Advanced Spine and Sports Care I realized I was never more wrong. I never believed my gait could be repaired and that I would have, again, a wider range of mobility from my neck to lower back. I am very grateful to their caring and knowledgeable advice, as well as their hard work. I am very pleased with my care at Advanced Spine and Sports Care.

I have been to many chiropractors in the past! Dr. Ingham exceeded my expectations. Being an athlete himself he understands my needs and really helped me excel in my tri training and my marathon times. He has helped me not only chiropractically but has approached my low back and knee pains systematically, when other doctors told me to "stop running"! thanks for giving me my athletic life back bust most importantly thanks for taking the time and having the knowledge to really understand me....I would recommend him to anyone seeking a great doctor!

I started going to this chiro office because of the location, but I ultimately felt neglected and just like a number (He actually told me that stepping off a sidewalk would throw my back out of alignment). My girlfriend, who I brought with me, and also recieved treatment- had the same experience. I wanted to pay at the time of the visit but the desk staff insisted I could only pay when a bill was compiled/mailed. I found this ridiculous, unprofessional and unacceptable. Also, When the doctor told me I'd have to come in twice a week for 4-5 weeks, I told him that seemed redundant; He walked away. So did I!

Pros: Will book appointments. A Lot.

Cons: Desk staff, mystery billing procedure, still mails me constantly

Dr. Ingham always spends the time to listen to my concerns and help provide quality care. I can't recommend him enough.

First, the receptionist asked me for my social security number- out loud- in front of a full waiting room! Then, the assistant left me on a rolling table- when i asked what I was supposed to do or feel (I have never had this treatment before- and did not know what to expect) he snorted and actually walked away! I was very uncomfortable and upset, the doctor came and spent more time talking about himself than about me or asking me about my back and hip problems. He then demanded a make appointments for a full month ahead. I made one and he lost interest and walked away without explaining insurance, prices, Anything. I left in more pain, that lasted for DAYS after than what I came in with. I called to cancel the appointment because of this and the incompetent receptionist neglected to cancel the appointment- because a week later I got a BILL in the mail for a missed appointment! When I called to tell the doctor himself why I had cencelled the appointment he kept saying "Well, I don't HAVE to take that charge off, I COULD just send it to collections..." Worst, his staff kept calling to make new appointments, and still sends me mailers even though I have repeatedly demanded they stop! What a nightmare! Spare yourself, your friends and family and DO NOT go here! You do not need the abuse! There are better doctors- I have since rated them myself!

Cons: incompetant, rude & inattentive staff, doctor wants $$$- NOT your health, won't explain ether to you!
