New owners; new location

The old owner of Bellini disappeared and left me hanging with my furniture order, but corporate Bellini took care of me. It is now under new ownership and at a new location. The new owners are extremely personable. Customer service is great. Great selection of furniture, bedding, accessories, clothing, and gifts. They carry things in all price ranges. Would highly recommend giving them another try.
High-end baby, child and teen bedroom furnishings in traditional styles that convert from "baby" to "big kid."

In Short
Bellini stores carry its own line of furniture for babies, kids and teens, along with adornments like quilts and padded blankets. Convertible pieces such as changing tables that become dressers and cribs that transform into toddler beds allow bedroom sets to grow with your child. Bellini also sells bedroom sets and desks designed especially for teenagers.

HORRIBLE PEOPLE & SERVICE!!
I could have told you this way back before they went out of business. The owners were the nastiest people I have ever done business with. I am not surprised to hear they shut their doors and stole all of their customers $$ without providing their products. If you are looking to get in touch with the owners....Patrick McDonald and Sofia McDonald....Sofia is the owner of a store in Highland Park, Il called Della Moda on Central next to Anthropologie...these people may think they can run and hide but they have a lot of people to answer to, I recommend stopping in the store to pay Sofia (She has black hair, short, petite and of puerto rican decent - don't let this one evade you) a visit and ask why you don't have your products that you paid for??? I really can't think of a more low act than to leave expecting parents who are supposed be expierecing the happiest time of their lives out of money and baby items. Truely Low. Good luck to all while trying to retrieve your money and items.
- Pros: Cute stuff
- Cons: They steal your money and shut down shop.

We ordered a Bugaboo stroller in early November that was suppossed to arrived within 2-4 weeks and they never called us once it was in. We just learned that they have gone out of business and never called us...but took our money. DO NOT SHOP AT BELLINI if they ever reopen!!!!!

This place is a Joke. I have had nothing but bad experiences with Bellini. They are Extremely Overpriced, their delivery is Never On Time, and the Staff has no idea what is going on!!
Dont even waste your time with this store, Last time I was there I was interested in a 4 piece bedding set for a crib and they were asking $800!!! For 4 pieces of cotton made for a little crib!!
Absolutely Ridiculous!!!
I cant believe they are still in business. I would reccomend going to Pottery Barn Kids & Land of Nod for much better customer service and Reliability!!! Dont even bother going to Bellini for childrens furniture & bedding!!!
- Pros: Great Artwork Painted on Walls, got the artist phone number
- Cons: Extremely Overpriced & Terrible Customer Service!! Dont Waste your Time & Money! Store always empty for a reason!
