1st time homebuyer of a new construction condo in Logan Square. Home First Financial walked me through the process so I understood what was happening. I was the first to close in my building and I put NO MONEY down. They got me a fantastic rate and we closed on-time with no problems. My loan officer showed up at the closig to make sure everything went well. I would definately recommend using Home First Financial.
