I went here initially because the botox was a reasonably priced. Everyone was friendly and the physician's assistant that did the botox injections was very professional. I loved the results! I called to return and then I called again..... and again..... no return call. I called 3-4 times without a return call. This appeared to be a really good way for them to demonstrate that they do not really value business, nor do they care if the professional they are contracting with is even returning calls. From a service perspective, not good. I am only gving my business because i have not had the time to research another place to get it done for prices that are comperable to the burbs. I had to prompt the workers to understand that it is not good to have someone that is performing procedures on people not even call you back. Maybe I will get a call back, but if past behavior is a predictor of future behavior.... Very disappointing to have such an initial good impression but then realize that I was not a valued customer. Average is not a good thing to be in the salon beauty industry, is it now?
Pros: friendly, they may WANT to understand service
Cons: possibly not organized enough or motivated enough to follow up w service inquiries?
