I just moved from Minnesota and 3 of my frames had broken glass, I took it to Fast Frame on Clybourn and they fixed the glass and added new borders for me within a day. I was very happy with the quality and their quick service. I will use them again for my next framing project.
Pros: Location, Turnaround, Staff
Cons: street parking only

I was impressed with my framing job, I had no idea what to expect as far as price and design but their staff helped me find the right frame.
