Management and owners were way over their heads with this place from the get go. They were a million over budget. Original investors bailed. Management and primary owner couldn't pay the vendors their bills (when you can't pay for food, architects, supplies, you got a problem). They didn't care or listen to anyone and they started to get sued--big time. The place is in default and a company owns the land and that's it. The place has so many liens on it that no one wants it.
Pros: was a good idea
Cons: everything.
