Martin is a guy you can trust to take care of all those odd jobs around the house you were thinking you'd have to hire at least a couple different people for. Not only can he fix and install, but he is a problem solver every step of the way and a perfectionist when it comes to making sure the work is done right. (Among other things, he installed some track lighting for us and actually centered it to the quarter inch.) He works diligently, not being one to cut corners. Price was significantly less than two other estimates I obtained, and in the end, I feel the work was top-notch. Will definitely use his service again in the future.

I had Martin come by for a few projects. He was available on late Saturday to stop by and give me a bid which was helpful with my schedule. He was able to come by the next week to install new outlets and hang a flat screen TV. in addition, he put up a ceiling fan. While he was there, I had drywall damage that he was able to repair and repaint. he was able to get all this done in 1 evening. he is able to multi task so all the work gets done. The quality was great and the price was great. He also cleaned up.To top it off, he is a very friendly, trustworthy person. I would definitely hire him again.

I've used Martin Lorenzo's company on four different occasions for jobs ranging from painting to electrical, and from tiling to plumbing. In each case he arrived promptly, finished on time and on budget. One case was an emergency situation and Martin himself came over within two hours and handled what for me could have become a very difficult problem. Martin and his associates have always been courteous and upon completion of the job left our home spotless. Home maintenance and improvement tasks seem to arise routinely. Being a homeowner who is not particularly handy, I take great comfort in having found a company I can trust to handle any job I give them, and handle it thoroughly, on time, and affordably.
Pros: Trustworthy, prompt, and affordable.

Martin insisted I write a good review. He did some work for me in the spring. He did careful work. I am unable to say anything more about him, however much I may wish to.
Pros: He did careful work.
Cons: The cost was more than I imagined.

I've used Affordable Handyman Service to do a wide range of repairs in my condo on several occasions and I highly recommend them. Owner Martin Lorenzo and staff are friendly, polite, knowledgeable and efficient. They have done a great job on all kinds of work, from painting to plumbing to fixing broken appliances. And they take care with my personal property and always clean up. Martin is very organized in running his business, following up on phone calls and email, and always following through on promises. Rates are very reasonable. I've been very pleased with the work done and customer service.
