When I called, a very nice woman answered the phone, and explained the service to me. At first I was a bit confused about their pricing. They sent a tech the same day. I have a Mac laptop and two older Windows computers. He was able to remove the viruses off of one of my Windows systems, get iTunes working on another, and get all of the systems onto my wireless network in about 2 and a half hours. He was really patient with my questions, much more than my son! After the visit, we talked about the service, and I decided to sign up for the 3 year subscription. The entire visit cost me under $175, plus $12 for his parking, and I have already used one of the free hours per month of telephone and chat support I get free with the subscription.
Pros: Same day service, Mac and Windows, Availability
Cons: Pricing is confusing, Had to pay 4 parking
