Very pleasant experience!

by Linsea at Citysearch

I am a spa manager so whenever I go to a spa, customer service is what I pay attention to the most! There was a bit of a line when I first walked in and only one woman working and I believe her name was Gretchen. She was phenomenal! She was so kind in showing me around and even allowing me to add a steam before my massage, bringing me water and discretely helping me when some unexpected lady issues occurred before my treatment! I cannot say enough great things about her professionalism and sweet, positive attitude! I believe that the front desk is the first and last impression for guests, and she won me over with both!!!

Before the massage, I had to fill out a lengthy questionnaire on my health history, current issues, why i am getting a massage etc... It is completely worth the time however. Carol was wonderful with taking the time to read what I had to say which allowed her to really focus the massage, ultimately making the experience personal and effective!

I will definitely be back to see Carol and hopefully Gretchen will still be there as well!!!

Soothe Your Senses is a treat! What a great gem hidden outside the city. The warm and friendly enviroment and staff make any service you have there so relaxing. I can't believe I didn't find this sooner. I'm letting the cat out of the bag. YOU HAVE TO GO! Their menu is luxurious.

  • Pros: Great enviroment - knowledgeable staff
  • Cons: NONE
