I would definitely recommend the spa to anyone and everyone. The girls that worked there are friendly and charismatic and turned me into a repeat customer. I went to get a custom blend of mineral makeup and am extremely satisfied, Lisa was great! She really took the time to blend me my perfect color and formula and kept me entertained the whole time. I actually live over a hour away but have no problem making the drive, it's is so worth it. I highly suggest you run, don't walk and see for yourself.
Pros: The girls, the enviroment and services they offer are all top notch.
Cons: Parking is a little tricky, but then again it's Chicago.

I have been getting services at Skin Quotient for almost a year and half now, and I can not get enough. The customer service is so personal and friendly at SQ that I enjoy getting treatments there. At least once a month I recieve waxing service, a facial, pedicure and the deep tissue massage. I am addicted! All the employees really now how to treat their clients.

I had a delightful time visiting this spa. I have gone to this spa for nail services a couple of times, and I found the atmosphere quite relaxing once I sat down in the comfy accommodations to get pedicure treatments. The nail Technicians were pleasant on each of my visits, and my name was promptly called for the services upon announcement of my arrival to the spa. If you ever get invited to one of the spa parties, I can guarantee that you will have a great time. Arrive early though. . ..Being the early bird allows you to take advantage of at least one or more mini spa services, "free" that I might add. . .offered during the night. I think that it is the spa's way of saying "thank you" in placing me on the invite list to their seasonal spa parties.
Pros: The Spa accommodated me in giving me a late evening appt. as I travel in from the suburbs back to the city on workdays. . .

This spa is wonderful. I had a facial for the very first time and they were very informative about the experience and what it involved. What an incredible experience! A friend from work recommended the spa and the staff was so polite and helpful. I also love the products that they recommended.

Every year I send my mom to a different spa for Mother's Day. This year I surprised her with a gift certificate to this spa. After her experience at Skin Quotient, she told me that she wanted to go back and she did not want to wait a whole year! So, I am sending her back to skin quotient for her birthday in July. Usually, she's looking forward to the next spa adventure. But, she told me that her spa experience here was the best she'd ever had. She loved the people and she raved about the atmosphere. I love my mother but she can be a pretty critical person, so for her to rave like this is rare! Skin Quotient must be a wonderful spa. So, this year I plan on joining my mother for her birthday (a little mother/daughter outing). I must experience this for myself!! Thank you Skin Quotient for taking such good care of my mother!!
Pros: Staff and atmosphere
Cons: none stated

I have been looking for a spa since I moved to Chicago from New York a year ago. I've been to all of the top rated spas in the city but much to my disappointment, something always fell short. I recently visited Skin Quotient and I was so AMAZED!! Everything from the chic decor to the personalized service was top notch. Every aspect of my facial service was customized to such a high degree. My esthetician did an indepth review of my nutrition, skin care practices and the products I currently use. The level to which they custom-blend their products is pretty incredible. After the facial, the make-up artist custom-blended my foundation using their mineral-based system. She also custom-blended a blush for for me that was discontinued almost a year ago by another brand (I did not know that you can bring in any make-up and they can match the color. She was able to match the color precisely. I also had a great pedicure there. Definitely 2 thumbs up for this place -- it's a rare gem!

I received a gift certificate to Skin Quotient. I waited 4 months to use it and my only regret is that I did not come sooner. I was thorougly impressed with everything from the time I booked my appointment to the time I left. The spa is beautiful. It was so colorful and upbeat with a great sense of style. I was treated like a VIP from beginning to end. The esthetician was fabulous. I really felt secure with the expertise of each of the staff members. My massage and pedicure were amazing! Equally outstanding was the custom-blended make-up service I received for Free! As a woman of color, I rarely find places that can really match ,my skin tone. The make-up was great and I also bought some skin products. This place is a gem! You get customized service and products to meet your inidvidual needs. While I often keep little treasures I find thoughout the city a secret. I could not help but tell people about this place. It is the BEST!
Pros: Great Serivce, Skin Expertise, Cool Urban Vibe, Fabulous Make-up
Cons: N/A

All I can say is no one reviewed things such as? Satisfaction: Sanitary: Sales Pressure: On time: Evening hours: Well so let me be the first to do so here for you all, I went there to get a facial, for her sake I will not mention her name but her hands did not smell as nice as I would expect next is sales pressure. Don’t get me wrong I have money but the way they try to sell you the products they have in their salon is just preposterous. Yes she was on time and evening hours are there but since I was the last appointment they could not wait for me to get out having some of the lights off and all while I was leaving. It did not leave a great image for the price that I paid. Hope everyone else has a different experience.
Pros: Place looks nice.
Cons: Staff and the vibe

I went to Skin Quotient to get what they call a "Maverick Wax" (think full Brazilian, except for guys only). According to Laura, the esthetician who did the work, she has several clients who come in for this treatment, many of whom are straight like me. I had a great experience I have to say. Laura does a great job. She's very skilled and professional. Don't get me wrong guys, this isn't a comfortable treatment, there is some pain involved. But it's definitely worth the smooth results. I used to shave this area, but I will certainly be going back to see Laura for the Maverick.
Pros: Professional, knowledgable, makes you feel comfortable
Cons: A bit pricey, but worth it.

I really enjoyed my experience at Skin Quotient. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The picture facial was really amazing, WOW. Now I really know whats going on with my skin and plan to stay on top of it. I had a great Esthetician, she was super informative and helped me to understand what I needed for my skin. If you are looking for a day spa to call your own. This could be the place. If you like professionalism with personality! Happy New Year!!
Pros: High quality performance and care from staff!
Cons: You can't tip the staff on a credit card!
