The technician was great. Mike came to my house, fixed my computer and explained everything to me in an easy to understand manner. He showed me how to use a program (I wasn’t familiar with the program) along with tips on how to maintain my computer.
Pros: impeccable service, technician went above and beyond his call of duty

We would like to thank the good people at One Hour Support for resolving our office networking issues. Our network was slow and we needed backup help. They where at our office within a few hours and resolved all quickly and efficiently. I was so impressed, I had them install wireless internet in my summer home. Many thanks for jobs well done. Highly recommend, these guys are pros.
