We had a wonderful trip despite Jet Set World Travel. Jet Set World Travel failed to give us world class attention and made us do their homework. Right from the get-go they made some major blunders. We wanted to be in business class for our trip by using miles. Jet Set failed to confirm with a partner-airline if they could use miles from American, to bump us up to business class...and then booked the flight. Hence, we got stuck in coach. A few days before leaving, Jet Set called and told us that our hotel in Crete was now not available and that "there was no five star hotels left in all of the Cyclades" for the dates we were going. So now we had two airline tickets and no place to stay for a portion of our trip. I wound up searching the internet and finding a phenomenal luxury hotel on my own. Once in Greece, we got a phone call saying that our high-speed ferry tickets that apparently were going to be at the concierge office in our hotel in Athens, were all sold out! So we had to find last minute flights in and around greece on our own...which was much more costly than going by ferry. The hotel that Jet Set chose in Santorini was a mediocre choice, We would have much rather been on the side of a cliff overlooking the Meditteranean than in some remote part of the island. To top it all off- when we got to the various airports, our seats were not confirmed next to each other on any of the flights. We would definitely not recommend Jet Set World Travel.

Jet Set planned our unforgettable honeymoon. From the incredible hotel they selected to the best black pearl shops, they paid attention to every detail while being sensitive to our budget. They are prompt with answering questions and proposed creative activities, unique dinners, and orgainzed adventurous excursions. Jet Set even went so far as to call the general manager of our hotel in Bora Bora to resolve an issue and ensure our stay was a positive one. We will most definately be contacting Jet Set for our next vacation.

From start to finish the experience was first class. Jet Set spent time, in a timely fashion, understanding my travel needs, customized an amazing holiday, and then perfectly executed the logistics of the trip. Would recommend to any serious traveler.
