Best Dry Cleaning and Tailoring ever. I called to inquire about their pricing to hem two skirts. I had been burned by a very poor job hemming a skirt at a discount dry cleaner, so I gave them a try. OMG...The most perfect hem ever! Superior tailoring!!! All items bueatuifully cleaned and pressed. They are on time and have wonderful service. I will never use anyplace else again. The superior quality and ultimate convenience are well worth it. Very resaonable $ considering all the positive facors.

Excellent customer service and quality dry cleaning. When DRIVE CLEANERS say they'll be there for pick up, they are there. Stop looking around and give Drive CLeaners a try. You won't be disappointed. How can you beat the convenience ?

A must! Fantastic Service, superior attention to detailed delicate items. I have sent several delicate pieces to Drive Cleaning, and never been more satisfied with the quality of work, quick turnaround, and friendly service. I have gone to several dry cleaners, and had no luck. Drive cleaning has my business 100%. I tell everyone I know about them. YOU MUST SWITCH NOW!

Initially it started with bad note with drive in cleaning but my previous review was a result of mis-communication. My down jacket bottom band was stretched after the 2nd dry cleaning. Management at drive in cleaning worked really hard to resolve the issue, they contacted the manufacturers and stayed in touch with them on regular basis. The net result was that the manufacturer finally contacted me and offered me to buy any apparel from their company website for the amount of jacket (as they do not manufacture the jacket anymore). I am really happy with drive in cleaners efforts, though it took almost 2 months but finally it paid off. I wish I could remove my earlier note but that option is not available on the citysearch website, so I am writing a new review for them. Thanks drive in cleaning management!!!!!!

I love Drive Cleaning! I read about them in a local magazine and had to try them out. I've never liked doing laundry, actually I loathe the chore. So about four months ago I gave them a chance and I haven't been bothered with my laundry since. For all the Peapod people, Drive Cleaning is definately worth one try. My wash/fold clothes are always folded nicely and nothing has faded or shrunk since I began using the service. Even if my apartment had an in-unit washer/dryer, I would still use Drive Cleaning. And I must also mention, they have very excellent customer service. Thank you Drive Cleaning!

Cons: none, they have met some very last minute requests

I am a high level executive who wears a suit and tie every day. I looked online for a cleaning service that delivered for two reasons - I was never able to make it to my local store because of my hours, but more importantly, my local store ruined one too many expensive shirts. Drive Cleaning not only gives me valuable extra time by saving me a trip to the cleaners, but they also provide excellent quality. I am very particular about how my shirts get pressed, especially the collars and cuffs - and Drive Cleaning has consistently provided the level of quality that I expect. It is slightly more expensive than some of the cleaners in my neighborhood, but after using Drive Cleaning for two months, I will not trust my clothes to anyone else.

Pros: Pick up and delivery, quality of cleaning and pressing

Cons: A bit more expensive than neighborhood stores

This service is great. They give good prices, they clean the clothes correctly, and they deliver for free. I also use the wash/fold laundry service that I love also. They do all of the billing over email which I like as well. I have told all of my friends about this service and they have all signed up and they love it too. I wish that when I was at school I knew about the laundry service!
