Limo Service - Late arrival for our evening to get engaged

I was in search of a limo service and I contacted BG Limo service as a result of their review/rating on this website. The event was my proposal to my future bride.

The reservation process was easy, the staff was friendly, and I was assured that the limo would be on time and it would not be necessary to follow-up with the service/driver the day of for a status.

Unfortunately the driver arrived late and only after I went out on a search in my car to find the driver in another section of the condo parking lot. What is disappointing is that the driver nor limo service called me to alert me that BG LImo service would be late. I had to initiate the call to BG LImo service. The fact that the limo service was late resulted in the use of a limo no longer being a surprise.

Upon arrival the limo driver attempted to confirm the destination (which was a surprise) in front of my future fiancee. While the driver was very friendly and pleasant, this was disappointing as well.

While our evening turned out wonderful and this may have been a rare mishap for this service, I felt it was important to share my experience.

Lastly, a follow-up call days later to share my experience with BG LImo left me further disappointed as my request for a partial refund for the limo service fee was declined. They would only refund any tips given to the driver.

courteous service

My daughter wanted to celebrate her Sweet 16th birthday by treating 8 of her closest friends to dinner in a chaffeur-driven limousine. BG Limousine didn't have a miminum charge which attracted me and I was able, after finding them on the internet, to confirm my reservation by phone with only 10 days' notice. Leading up to the day of service I corresponded via email several times with the BG representative with various questions I had. The night of service, our limousine arrived early, our chaffeur was professional and friendly to me and my daughter's party and the entire evening went off without a hitch. As a working mom who values efficient, courteous service, I would recommend BG to anyone without reservation.
