ive taken mat classes here for the past month and have been VERY happy. the classes are smaller and focused.. you dont get lost in the crowd. the instructors make corrections to my bad habits (picked up at another business) and one thing that I really like is that the studio mats are CLEAN..

Pros: smlaaer clean pilates studio with EXCELLENT instructors

Cons: classes fill up quick

Unlike the mass instruction some of the pilates/yoga studios have, Nicky gives individual and personalized attention in the mat class. I felt she never missed a correction that I needed. For a first-timer to pilates, I felt that her instructions were very clear and precise. I knew I was doing the right thing- somehow. Drop-in prices started at $15, Which is a great value for money. At the end of our session, I felt stretched, energized and most of all, much better about myself and my body.

Pros: Individual, competant instructors

Cons: north avenue can be quite busy

After my first session with the owner, I realized that the health club where I previously took pilates at was a complete joke (the guy would lead a class of thirty and looked at himself in the mirror as he worked out). The owner keeps her mat classes no more than 6 people, and you really get FOCUSED attention on what you are doing wrong and right. Ive been going ever since. Oh, the studio looks great and is probably one of the cleanest places ive ever worked out in.

Pros: Focused attention, Clean Studio, Great instructors
