Amazing Experience

A quick weekend trip to Chicago with a group of friends landed us at this hotel. We requested our rooms close to one another and our request was obliged. The rooms, hallways, elevators, and fitness area were all top-notch. The bathrooms were beautiful. Even better was the restaurant. Our rate included complimentary breakfast. The restaurant made everything fresh and it was obvious. ALL of the food was scrumptious. One of our rooms ordered late-night room service and was pleasantly surprised at just how delicious and fresh the food was at 3 am. They also wondered if the kitchen had been full-staffed as the food delivery was prompt. Lastly, this hotel has A+ customer service. We were always greeted pleasantly and professionally. Satisfying their customers is obviously a top priority. When a housekeeper accidentally took a CD along with the CD player the hotel replaced with an iPod dock, our Concierge didn't hesitate to replace the CD. They purchased a hip-hop CD from the neighboring record store and had it ready upon check-out.
- Pros: Downtown, Good Restaurant, Excellent Service
- Cons: Full-size beds, some rooms have poor view
Channeling South Beach on The Conrad's fifth floor, this tapas and booze-infused bubble tea bar attracts hordes.

This spacious outdoor loft, situated five stories above street level, attracts scenesters who kick back on minimalist sectionals set amid oversized fabric umbrellas that rustle in the breeze. Trickling fountains help drown out the din of traffic. A globally inspired menu--served in stackable steamer dishes--aims to be different with selections like cinnamon chip nachos and duck confit spring rolls. Vegans can indulge in samosas, while seafood lovers can score crab cake burgers. In addition to offering a full bar, the lounge expanded its offerings to include bubble tea cocktails with fresh fruit purees.
Beautiful Rooms and Wonderful Beds!

Every time we travel to Chicago for a weekend getaway, the only place I will stay is the Conrad. The staff has always been great. The decor is beautiful. I love the marble tubs with the large walk-in showers. But nothing beats the crisp bed linens on the oh-so-comfortable beds! The location is fantastic too. It seems close to virtually everything. With it's connection to Nordstrom, you can shop without even having to step outside. --an added bonus on a bitter cold or rainy day.
- Pros: Comfortable Beds, Very Clean, Personable Staff, Flat screen TV's, Huge Bathrooms

Our stay at The Conrad Chicago Hotel was a true five-star experience! The rooms redefined the word "luxury"- we had a flat screen tv, personal espresso machines, and a top-notch gym just to name a few of the Conrad's woprld'class amenities! The staff was hospitable, friendly and knowledgeable, which locked in our vote for the Conrad Chicago as the best and most luxurious hotel in town!
