The international chain introduces a bistro concept for its second Chicago location. Along with loose-leaf teas available hot, iced or bagged for home use, are small plates of appetizers, salads and tartines, which are open-faced hot sandwiches meant to be eaten with a knife and fork. A small dining area is available for those eating in, while leather chairs are available for customers simply looking to enjoy a relaxing tea.
