Worst Massage Ever

Called to set up appointment for massage. Was told only a male available for massage so I thanked them and kindly passed. Before I hung up, I was told that a female was all the sudden available. When I got there for the "deep tissue" massage, I was asked if there were any areas to focus on, I said my upper back and right hamstring. The massage consisted of a few pats on the back and some hand chopping. I mean hand chopping for deep tissue? I felt like I was in an Austin Powers movie. Also, I am pretty sure they started the clock when I signed as well because my 50 minute massage started after my friend's 50 minute massage and ended before it. My guess is that it only lasted about 40-45 minutes. They totally scammed me. Obvious that they only had one real masseuse (the guy) and that they wanted my business so badly they would give me a joke of a massage. Pretty sure from the confustion setting up the appointment that the person giving me the massage had NO IDEA what she was doing. She didn't even focus on any of the areas I pointed out.

• Cons: Deep Tissue was a joke

Fantastic Service * Warm Atmosphere

I've been a client of Dita Day Spa ever since it opened. Every experience I've had at the spa has been fabulous - from the warm welcome to the relaxing music and soft touch of each facial, massage, pedicure and manicure-it all is fantastic. The products used are organic and have helped my skin immensely. In all of the spa services I've received anywhere, Dita Day Spa is my most favorite. All in all, great staff, amazing service, fantastic products. Check them out!

the best facial i have ever had! So reasonable. Dita is AMAAAAAAAAAAAAAAZING. I go to spas for my job and this is the best spa experience I have had in Chicago. GO GO GO

One of the best facials ever!!

I completely melted when Dita gave me a facial. It was one of the best facials I ever had. I didn't leave with any blackheads. ...but I LOVE a good extraction. It makes my face feel clean. It was a very relaxing experience. Conveniently located right across the 900 N. Michigan Ave parking lot. She did a wonderful job and I highly recommend Dita Day Spa.
