Best Restaurant in the Neighborhood!

This is a great restaurant! I have eaten here on multiple occasions as it's in my neighborhood. Wow- I LOVE the guacamole, and I especially love the skirt steak. The service (something I have not commented on much in my other reviews) is outstanding every time- I don't know how they find such incredibly nice/efficient waiters. I went to one of their special tequila dinners (held monthly or quarterly)- the food was so tasty without being overly spicy.

Great food, service and drinks

Everything at Agave is first rate. The food is always wonderful, the service is always superb and the margaritas...straight up. The guacamole is great! Can't get much better than that. Head and shoulders above Frontera Grill.
