We sat outside for Saturday brunch last weekend, and we were one of only 2 couples eating there at 12:30pm. Not sure why it was so quiet on a nice day... maybe the prices were too steep, with all the competition on Division. The food was good, but not really worth $9 for a sandwich, and $4 for a glass of juice! There are plenty of better options with outdoor dining on Division.
