perfect cleaning

This is a great company to work with! I use them once a month and the crew they send out is the same two every time and they are very trustworthy.

The communication with the company has been excellent as well. You will not be disappointed! They were not the cheapest bid but they do things every single time they clean that I would have to pay other companies extra to get them to do like wipe baseboards with a damp cloth, as well as blinds.

That is the best way to clean.

Flexible and reliable

Being a client for over 3 years, I continue to appreciate the company?s reliability and flexibility. If I ever need to change our schedule, the office is most accommodating. I do not recall a single unpleasant moment over those years. The cleaning staff works efficiently and always remains pleasant.

PROTECT YOUR THINGS

Can I just say. The worst customer service I have ever had. I never complain but, this place is the terrible. I have been using them for a few months now and every time I ask for the same person to return I get an entire new crew. I have not been satisfied at all with their cleaning. The last time they were there I caught them using windex on my woodfloors and used water on my wood table. It ended up bubbling the wood and ruined the finish. They blamed it on the new girl who was in training. ARE THEY KIDDING.They agreed to repair it but, made it worse in the process. They would not replace it and told me it was my problem.

• Cons: they have no idea how to run a business

love the concept of AccessMaids. The crew who came was great except they missed 1 thing on the list (window sills). I called, let them know, and we worked with different people the next day. I also made a more specific list of things to cover while they were here.

They really are jacks of all trades, so to speak, and I wouldn't trust my home to anyone else.

They're a little eccentric, but I think that adds to the charm. ;)

Poor Cleaning.

I used access maid and i will never use them again. My house was not cleaned right. The floors were cloudy and dust was still on the table and items. I also noticed that the manager didnt have any customer service skills and unprofestional. Dont use!

• Pros: 2 maids
• Cons: Didnt clean correctly, poor service.
