Very genuine person and enjoys her work!

I took my boyfriend last weekend for a massage for the very first time. It was a complete surprise for him! Nourhy was such a wonderful person and I really believe in the energies that people pass on to you. She has so much positive energy that you just instantly feel calm and relaxed. Even though I wasn't the one getting the massage, I felt it.

But the actual massage was even better, as my boyfriend tells me. He said she knew exactly which points of stress to tackle and was very patient and gentle. He felt like totally a new person and so calm all evening!

Nourhy also gives some healthy advice on diet, de-stressing and drinking water! She is very genuine and really believes in her work, which is why my bf and I both were glad we found her!

great holistic healing experience

If you're just getting started or have a wellness program "Now Studio" is a great place for improving your health and general well being. Nourhy brings knowledge and experience to the "table". Incorporating reflexology and craniosacral therapy in her sessions, you get more than just a massage. Nourhy had great advice on how to improve my health.

Recommendation for first-timers

If you've never had reflexology, Nourhy is your perfect ambassador to a new world of bodywork. I'd only had one other reflexology experience before, but visiting Nourhy for the first time was eye-opening!

It's definitely not just about feet. Nourhy was able to pinpoint and help relieve areas of tightness and stress, just by manipulating the "zones" of my feet. I hope to visit Nourhy on a regular basis and try her other treatments as well.

Like being at Home

The studio had a very welcoming, homey atmosphere where one can allow themselves to feel at ease in Nourhy's care. Nourhy has a calming energy and is a resourceful person. My family's session was soothing, informational, and very grounding. My daughters loved Nourhy's jewelry and Buster, which about a month later motivated us to purchase our own pup, Bella (picture shown.) We left in a calming tone for the drive home in the 'burbs. We also purchased lavender sleep pillows from the studio, and we're definitely exploring the natural world more for peaceful solutions rather than the fast, quick fix world of tech and meds. Definitely recommend Nourhy for her enlightening spirit, time, and ease of words and comfort.

Best Holistic Massage in this city

I've tried a lot of places and honestly I enjoyed finding this little place because what Nourhy offers is quite different from the lot. You will find a caring individual who is so intuitive that any of the treatments she offers are and will often be just what you need. I went for a massage and she did her special "combo" and told me things that I could do to help myself and it was great. The next time I came I tried a reiki session and it was amazing, I never knew that a charka clearing could feel so good and it was my first time. I am now open to trying more bodywork. I would really recommend the Reflexology, she is really good and I am amazed at what she told me. I never feel rushed and the whole world seems so much calmer when I leave her studio.

Great massage and reflexology

This was my first reflexology (amazing foot massage) experience and Nourhy was fantastic. Her studio was lovely and welcoming. Nourhy has talented healing hands and healthy positive energy. Go see Nourhy for your next massage or reflexology treatment. You will be so glad you did.

Best Reflexology and Massage

Nourhy is wonderful!!! I have been going to Nourhy for over a year and she is by far the best in reflexology and massage. Now Studio is in a quaint neighborhood and the studio's environment inside is friendly and warm. I am always greeted with a smile and glass of fresh water. Every treatment is specific to what I want and Nourhy meets my needs with every expectation. She is kind and warm hearted and I always felt comfortable.

I love all the health and nutrition tips she gives me and she has such a positive light that leaves me feeling great and energized each visit. I recommend her without any hesitation and I know you will experience a positive energy and relaxation that will keep you returning again and again.

Great personal massage

I found Nourhy on the internet without knowing her reputation or how well like she is. Nourhy can work magic with her hands. Personal and professional service is what you will find at Nourhy's small Bucktown oasis. I always feel comfortable and welcome and I will continue to frequent Nourhy for all of my massage needs.

Comfort away from home

Now Studio was, and will continue to be, a great and comforting place to go for a massage. A favorite of mine was Nourhy's ability to make me feel at home and Buster (her dog) was nice to see when I was done with our session. I enjoyed the Cupping she did on me, which began helping my circulation, as well as the Lypossage treatments I went to see her for initially. I can really see the difference now. Nourhy is a great massage therapist and I plan on going back for more!
