Ocean 19 made it so easy to get my web site designed. They answered every question I had and delivered the web site a few days early. I was really impressed. I just signed up for their search engine optimization package to get more traffic. So far so good! I will write another review to let everyone know how it goes.

I had gone through 2 different web design companies before I found Ocean 19. I know I am picky with my design, but this is my business and I wanted my site to represent me. Ocean 19 and I had a thorough discussion about my ideas for the web site and they added their valuable insight as well. When the first design came back I was floored. There were just a few minor changes I requested and those were completed in a timely fashion and without any complaints from Ocean 19. The rest of the design process was just as smooth. In the end I got exactly what I wanted, what more can I ask for. Having experienced the previous 2 web design companies I highly recommend this company to any business that needs a web site. Very professional and fantastic customer service.

I wanted to use a local company to set up my website and e-commerce site. I was charged an amount for the original design and when things did not work as I orginally asked - I was told I would have to pay a couple thousand dollars to have it operate as I orginally asked. Now it still doesn't have the ability to operate even in the most common sense areas. This web design firm has designed two duds for me that takes me more time and frustration than if I had just paid a freind to do the work.
Pros: Local Company
Cons: I keep paying and Paying to get the site I need.

Great customer service and very easy to work with. I absolutley love my new site and I love my logo. If you are looking for a web design company, I highly suggest Ocean 19.

I was very pleased with my final web site after working with Ocean 19. They were very professional and very patient with my 'lack-of-internet knowledge.' Their designers are really talented and gave me good ideas for my site. I would suggest them to anyone.
