FABULOUS SERVICE - BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS

I was staying at the Four Seasons Hotel and needed flowers for my room. I called and was able to place the order. I asked if they could tell the hotel to put the flowers in the room. They said they could, and indeed when I arrived the Flowers were in the room. I asked for a spectacular arrangement of blue and white hydrangea with other flowers. That is what I received. I loved the flowers and the fact that they were in my room when I arrived, as, I had asked Marcel Florist to do. I can highly recommend them, and will use them again for all of my Chicago floral needs. They were georgous!

Pretty flowers!

Its not the cheapest place to get flowers in Chicago, but it might be the cheapest place in the loop. I had them do all the flowers for my sister's wedding and it was sooooo pretty. I'm glad we used Marcel because we had some problems with a last minute venue change and they still got everything delivered right on time. If you're using Marcel, you're in good hands.

I live in New York City; I ordered flowers for my daughter that lives in Chicago. The man that I place the order with was the manager. He told me that he worked at the most exclusive New York Shop located on the Upper East Side. I knew I was in good hands. The order itself was smooth. I was informed about the Delivery Policy and decided I would get a Delivery Upgrade for an additional charge, Priority Delivery to get my order delivered first thing in the morning. My daughter called around noon, told me that the flowers were absolutely gorgeous and very sophisticated. She was very happy and wanted to know how I had heard about this shop. She stated that she wanted to use Marcel Florist herself. I found a piece of Manhattan in Chicago! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

BEST CHICAGO FLORIST EVER!

I LOVE THIS FLORIST! My Family are from the U.K.. Now, I live in Philadelphia. My sister lives in Chicago. My Mom & Dad first used Marcel Florist to send my sister flowers for her birthday. When I called her to wish her a happy birthday, she raved about the flowers. I have used Marcel Florist to send her flowers several times after that for different occasions. My sister always loves the flowers. The arrangements are always sophisticated and Fresh. I will continue to use Marcel Florist. They have never let me down.

GREAT FLORIST WONDERFUL FLOWERS

Washington DC LOVES Marcel Florist. I have used Marcel several times for flower going to my business associates in Chicago, Beginning in 2006. All of the people that I have sent flowers to, have loved them! The last order on July 3rd was for a birthday. She said they were so Bright and Vibrant, very fresh. She also commented on the quality of the vase. When I call to order I always inquire about how business is. The last person I spoke with reported that business was great! He said that Marcel has made over 25,000 flower arrangements since opening in 2006. That is a lot. The Phone people are always friendly. A couple of times I needed the flowers there fast, and they have delivery upgrades to get them there faster than normal. I actually took the time to read their Delivery Policy, and now when normal delivery does not work for me, I upgrade. I would highly recommend Marcel Florist, and will continue to use them.

I live in New York. I called Marcel Florist To have Flowers delivered to my Sister. She recently moved to downtown Chicago. The Telephone Person was very pleasant and helpful. They had the specific flowers in stock that I was looking for. My sister called to thank me and said the flowers were beautiful. She called a week later and said the flowers were still alive and looked fresh and beautiful. Marcel Florist did a great job with my flowers. I will use them again.

With prodding, unfriendly florist will eventually apologize and replace a bad arrangement with pretty flowers

For my birthday three weeks ago, my mom ordered a lavender daisy arrangement that came with dry and crispy lilacs, wilted mums, no daisies, and cloudy water. After calling to complain about the arrangement, I had a really negative experience with the florist, who was quite rude to me. Later that day, he called to apologize and promised a replacement arrangement the following week. After a number of phone call reminders and three weeks later, I finally received the replacement arrangement. The flowers are fresh and vibrant and the water is clear. There are still no daisies, my favorite, but I give the florist credit for making a nice substitution in light of the recent apparent daisy shortage.

• Pros: The florist will eventually honor the satisfaction guarantee with beautiful, vibrant flowers
• Cons: When your first set of flowers arrive wilted and dead, you'll have to deal with Marcel.

Chicago Florist With Beautiful Fresh Flowers and Fast Same Day Delivery

I needed a spectacular flower arrangement for a close friend that lives at an exclusive building in downtown Chicago. I called Marcel Florist ? A Chicago Florist and was greeted by a Very Friendly and Professional sounding gentleman. I explained that my friend was having a dinner party with some of Chicago?s most elite citizens in attendance. The gentleman told me not to worry, Marcel Florist works with all of the downtown Chicago?s hotels, and that many of It?s clients are part of Chicago?s wealthy and famous. It was 4:00 PM and I needed the flowers delivered the same day. The gentleman told me not to worry, they could still do the arrangement and get it there fast with their Priority Delivery Service. At 5:10 PM, 1 hour and 10 minutes later, the same gentleman called me to tell me that the arrangement was delivered and signed for by my friend. Calling with Delivery Confirmation is Part of the Priority Delivery Service. My friend called Later that night, and told me the flowers were the most beautiful she had ever received, ant that many of the guest commented on the how beautiful they were. She said that I shouldn?t have done this, and that I must have spent a fortune on them. (They were very reasonably priced, and I had not spent a fortune on them.) She said that she was going to start using Marcel Florist, and that many of her guests were going to try them too. I love Marcel Florist ? They are the BEST!

Best Florist In Chicago Delivers My Flowers ONTIME On Valentines Day

I called Marcel Florist - A Chicago Florist on February 13, 2008 to Order Flowers For Valentines Day. I have used Marcel Florist - A Chicago Florist, in the past and have always been amazed by their personal service, fresh flowers and speedy delivery upgrades. I spoke with a wonderful person and placed my order - making sure that I upgraded the delivery to Priority Delivery. The flowers arrived at 9:00 am on Valentines Day and were exactly what I ordered! I LOVE MARCEL FLORIST, A CHICAGO FLORIST!
