Let me start out by saying that Bruce was the best negotiator I have ever seen. He helped me find my dream condo in the West Loop and negotiated to a price point that I was able to afford. I recently referred him to list my friends condo in Streeterville and he used the same great skills on the other side...or as the listing agent. Highly recommmend him based on his professionalism and ability as an agent.
