Division street has become the ying/yang. To those who remember nothing from ashland to western, except MAS, Gold star, bar 13, you understand. Now I think twice before I walk down division in the am wearing flipflops. It's nuts!!! But I like what Jun Bar is doing. A crisp upscale bar, with great, and strong drinks, with a corner bar local mentallity; This place is fun!! The fact that the owner is always there, and is so down to earth, is refreshing. The staff is great, the music is great( they take requests), and the price is beautious. Plus, they have the only upstairs dance/lounge with no cover, anywhere in that hood. I moved to New York a few weeks ago, and I miss CHICAGO, but i really miss this type of hood friendly joint. Check this place out and tell JOE, that Chris says hey.
