This West Town spa is the cleanest, calmest facility I've ever had the pleasure of doing spa treatments at. Not only is the space beautifully decorated, it's conveniently located to downtown with fabulous views of the City skyline. It has become my spa of choice in Chicago, which I frequent on a regular basis. Their attention to detail is evident from the second you step off the elevator. You are warmly greeted by the front desk staff who promptly supplies you with luxurious robes and slippers, and a full-size locker for your personals. The deep tissue massages I've gotten from Frederick and Monica are by the far the best I've ever had, and the facial and waxing services performed by Kelli are extremely relaxing and pain free! The spa uses certified organic products exclusively for all of their spa services, and it's hard to resist not going home with a couple of the Eminence skin care products. The combination of space and knowledgeable staff are hard to beat! I highly recommend Soulistic to anyone looking for a customized, personal experience!!

For someone who has chronic neck and upper back pain, I NEED and effective massage that has someone digging into my muscle tissue. The woman that did my massage was timid and weak. I told her on many occasions to dig in harder, and she said she was trying, but I could hardly feel her at all. I asked her a few questions about what she was doing because I felt like I could have had a child doing this with the same outcome. When she tried to talk she said she was out of breath because she said she was getting tired from trying to massage harder... which was a sad excuse!!! I mean, really??? The price for the massage was outrageous for what it turned out to be. Will NEVER go back, and I hope I save someone else from a terrible & expensive waste of time!
Pros: The location to where I live
Cons: Everything else!!! Overrated waste of time! Too expensive for a HORRIBLE MASSAGE!!!!

Soulistic is such a great studio for Pilates, Yoga, and more! I take 2 classes there per week and I have to say those 2 hours are honestly the highlight of my week. The staff is so friendly and courteous. They often call or update you if there are new classes or special sessions at the studio that they think you might be interested in. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and talented. They are very flexible and do everything they can to accommodate your schedule. I enjoy working out in the mornings because I often work late and they offer a variety of 6:00am classes which I love. Soulistic has many different types of classes and they also offer private lessons and group lessons so there is definitely something that can fit within everyone's budget! And the space….it is just gorgeous! It is so clean and so comfortable and it makes you feel like you are right at home. This studio is so fantastic and I highly recommend it to everyone. It's so much more fun than running so put down those sneakers and give it a shot!
