When the three movers arrived , they were slow, dragging their feet, & complained about the amount of work. They arrived at 8:00am. By 8:20 they hadn't moved a single thing. When I asked how many items had been moved in that time, the foreman and one of his movers started yelling at me, physically intimidating me by waving their arms around, throwing their hands toward my face, and cussing me out in front of my 13 year old daughter. I told them to leave my home. Again I was cussed at. No resolution after I spoke with the owner of the company who was barely more courteous than his workers. He said that their 4 hour estimate could go as long as needed. I explained that they would be needed for only 4 hours since that's all I could afford and anything else I would move myself in smaller trips. It's the only way I could do it. He constantly interrupted me, berating me, insulting my budget, threatening to charge a cancellation fee because I told his workers to leave when they had been verbally abusive. In the end, no resolution. 2 hours into my day I had no movers, but found someone else through the BB Bureau.
