Poor customer service

I live in a recently Krughoff home. The customer service is REALLY bad. And they lie to you often. You really need to talk to people who have built homes with a builder before choosing one. I really wish that I would have. After the home is built, Krughoff will fight you and fight you over every issue with the home. They just hope you will eventually just give up.
- Pros: house appears fine from exterior
- Cons: No attention to detail, sloppy work overall

DO NOT BUILD WITH THEM!!

WARNING!! Do not build with Krughoff! I live in one that was built 3 1/2 years ago. They do not stand behind their work! They will argue every problem with the house to no end. There customer service is absolutely horrible. Windows leak water! Garage floors crumble to dust. drywall work is atrocious!! Stay away from this company!!
