Great day care, boarding and customer service. My dog Elvis has been visiting Tucker Pup's for almost two years and he absolutely loves it. He gets great exercise and never wants to leave.
Pros: Great exercise for large dogs, friendly staff, flexible.

Walter looked great when I picked him up. I also appreciated the honesty of the dog handler. I was told that Walter had tried to dominate another large dog and there had been some dog 'arguments.' But before it escalated it got stopped. It was good to realize that what happened wasn't being withheld from me. I trust this place! - Dimitri Pavlotsky

It was so nice to be able to leave on vacation and have the peace of mind that my dog was in such good hands. Tucker Pup's facility is great! It's so nice that the dogs have so much space to run and play together both outside and inside when the weather is bad. When my dog got back home she was really tired out and slept all night long. Thanks Tucker Pup's, for taking such good care of her for me!

The staff member upon check out was very friendly and let me know about how Fulton did during his stay. He also helped me carry everything to my car, which was nice! Fulton was very tired when we got home, which means he got a lot of great exercise during his time there, which we appreciate because he is a very high energy dog! We have left Fulton with one other boarding facility, and they did not offer to take his bed or toys, which I didn't notice at the time, but after having him stay with you, it seemed like Tucker's really try to make it comfortable and a home away from home for the dogs!
Pros: friendly and knowledgable staff, dogs have a lot of opportunity for acitivity

Our 5 month old Weimaraner, Windy, boarded at Tucker’s Pup this past 4th of July weekend. This was Windy’s very first overnight boarding experience. We are happy to report that her boarding experience at Tucker’s Pup was extremely positive. First, Tucker’s Pup was able to board Windy on very short notice. Second, she had a great time. Third, when we picked her up we were able to talk with one of the staff members regarding Windy's poor eating habits. The staff member recommended the Merrick food products. We bought a bag of the food and so far so good. We have shared Windy’s positive boarding experience with our neighbors and hope they will consider utilizing the services offered at Tucker’s Pup. Thanks to the staff at Tucker’s Pup for their professionalism. Windy’s Owners
Pros: Free Parking, Accomodating, Responsive Customer Service

Chuck has been attending Tucker Pup's for daycare and occasional boarding ever since we moved to Chicago in the summer of 2006. Not only does he love the facility and the people, but it is always very clear that the staff loves Chuck, too, and they are all very attuned to his habits and ways. I have complete trust and confidence in Joel and his team, and I appreciate that there is always someone available to give me a current update on his activity and mood. Leaving town is so much less stressful and guilt-inducing for me since I know that Tucker Pup's is Chuck's Disneyworld. --Julia Good
Pros: great staff, state of the art, clean facility

I trust Tucker Pup's implicitly with my dog. I am enormously grateful to Joel Spainhour and his staff for the caring way they have looked after Lyric on numerous occasions over the past year. Lyric has been boarded seven times, been a regular visitor to Doggie Day Care, and completed the Polite Puppy training. My interactions with the knowledgeable TP staff have greatly improved my ability to provide my pet with the most positive environment possible. Their only agenda is to foster the creation of settings in which dogs can thrive physically and psychologically. I may drive back to Chicago from my new home in Wisconsin just so I can board Lyric at Tucker Pup's!

We are thrilled with Biggie's daycare and boarding experience. Once a very guarded dog wary of strangers and new places, Biggie is ALL WAGS on our way in and out Tucker Pup's, each and every time. A special woof woof to Anne, who is a huge part of why Biggie can't wait to jump in the car and go Tucker Pup's every week! - Robin and Ben Winer

I am very pleased with the care provided for my sweet dog Debo. I like to call the first day to check on how he's doing, but after that, I'm comfortable knowing that he's being well looked after. When I did call in that first day, (the last time I left him there--it was not my first) I laughed to myself when I was put on hold and transfered directly to a person that was with him at the moment. That was very professional and comforting. Thanks you Tucker for having such good parents.
Pros: They get to know the dog
Cons: none so far

I am so pleased with Tucker Pup's and the care that my dog receives. They were willing to work with him and his "special" needs, when the other places were not willing to give him a chance. He has done so well in the environment, and with the care of thier staff. Stephanie
