fantastic job

My job keeps me crazy busy, so I don't have time to clean. This company get into every nook and cranny. Furthermore, they put everything away that I leave lying around (despite the fact that I try to put things away).

Have to watch them constantly

While it was easy to make the reservation, I was extremely disappointed by the quality of service provided. Maids forgot to clean the toilets, make the bed, or clean the dining table. If you constantly supervise them they will work, but if you don't watch them they avoid doing work. Many things were removed and not replace properly. I spent an half hour cleaning after they had finished "cleaning." For the expense I paid, I would expect higher quality service..

I recently moved into a new place and decided to have it cleaned since nobody lived in it for quite some time. I had them come do a one-time service on my house and I was pleasantly surprised with their meticulous work. It was literally sparkling.

At the risk of sounding redundant, these guys do a great job. They are motivated and very professional. We needed an all around cleaning as we were expecting a baby and were so pleased with their job.

They take their time and do a great job. I love that I don't have to repeat what I want each time. They remember what needs to be done, and are very thorough in getting things done. Punctuality is a plus.

This is my second try with a cleaning service since I moved to Chicago and I couldn’t be more pleased. Aside from their meticulous cleaning and reliability, I can count on them to be courteous and discreet.

If you're not into running to the market to buy stuff for your maids, this is definitely the way to go and they take credit cards. I hired them for a deep cleaning of our house, and they did a fantastic job with the cleaning itself. They cleaned parts of my house that I have *never* cleaned, and everything looked & smelled great!

They are very resopnsive when I call to request an extra "something" cleaned.

Absolute Worst Cleaning Service in Chicago

For anyone considering this service, I urge you to look elsewhere. I thought you would like to know about the atrocious service that I received in December 2008. First, the cleaning services were very bad. They did not clean my living room table or the toilet in my master bathroom. There were also black marks on the floor that was supposedly cleaned. On top of the terrible cleaning services, they also broke a few things in my home. First, they broke my prescription nasal spray, although I still have no idea why they even went into my medicine cabinet. At any rate, the nasal spray was sitting on my counter but the top portion had been broken off and was missing. Secondly, and even worse, they broke my kitchen faucet. I have a telescoping faucet, and the nozzle that connects to the hose had been broken off. The nozzle is normally sealed to the hose, and I had not had any problems with it prior to the date of service. When I came home, the nozzle was laying in the sink, with no note or acknowledgment of what had been done. To make matters worse, when the cleaning crew came back to review my complaint they denied everything. It is one thing to break something but admit to it and rectify the situation by paying to fix things. It is an entirely different story when the people you trust in your home lie about having broken something. That is completely unforgivable in my eyes. I hope that you take this horrific experience into account and avoid this service at all costs!

Terrific work

I will never use another cleaning service except Access Maids they are the best in Chicago, they arrive on time and the home is spot less, they also cleaned my office and my company wants to use them all the time. I wouldn't use another service. I am a batchelor and I travel so I don't have time to clean much. Access maids is great.

Best Cleaning Service

Access Maids did a great job cleaning my home, it looks brand new, I was very pleased with thier service I would highly recommend them, They were on time and very professional the ladies were polite they were very detailed, I have used other services and they are number one in my book.
