I love having Cakewalk Chicago in my Beverly neighborhood. I first went there because someone gave me a gift certificate for a class. Since then I have taken several classes there -- basic cake decorating, cupcakes, cookie decorating, icing flowers, and each one is more fun. The instructor and owner Lori is creative, cheerful, fun, and a patient teacher. I highly recommend cake/cookie decorating to anyone for a hobby, but especially the classes at Cakewalk Chicago. The kitchen studio is in the back of the store, so the hardest part is to get out the door without buying all of the wonderful cake/cookie decorating supplies!
