Stay away!

I use to had good experience with them and they offered me the best price. Turns out the bottom line cost is not the lowest. First they promise me a 40min replacement but it actually was over 2h. Then as I start driving one of the windshield wipers fall a part. When I puled over and toke a look of it I realized that it's not the original. My $25 triple edge BOSH wiper was replaced with much shorter totally destroyed one. The hole arm actually looks like from different car. When I call to the store to resolve the issue the manager Josh pretended that this is not true and simply hang up on me. So I ended in position buying new on my own. The rubber band around the glass wasn't fitted well so I'm expecting leakage. Also the carpet in the car was with dirty foot prints so I had to spend another $60 to wash it. So the total cost almost doubled and extra half day. My opinion - do yourself favour and stay away!

THIEVES!!!

I went to Aaron glass to fix three windows when my car was broken into. The total to fix it was $375.50. I had to pay a $250 deductible through my insurance, and they were going to cover the rest. My windows were fixed, and I signed a receipt for $250. The next morning I received a call that they had "accidentally" charged my account for the full $375.50, and they were going to credit my account the difference. When I went online to review my account information, I saw that they had debited my account for the original $250 and had done nothing with the original $375.50 they had charged me. This brought the total to $625.50. I called them and asked to speak with the owner, and they informed me that they were not at liberty to release that information. I told them that the unauthorized use of my checking account was illegal, and they replied that if I wanted to take them to court, so be it. I am currently still in the process of trying to get my money back, and I have informed my insurance company to stop payment to Aaron Glass until I receive my money. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. THEY ARE LIARS AND WILL ABUSE YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION!!!!

Bad quality

We went to Aaron Auto Glass on Armitage when our windshield was broken (our car was broken into). We called them twice to get a quote - and both times, they told us a certain price that was very reasonable. And out of the 4 other places we called, this was the farthest from our home, but about $150-200 cheaper.

However, when we got there, they upped the price. They claimed we called their other location, not them. This was a lie, but since we read a good review, we thought: just pay what they want, we just need our windshield fixed.

So, long story short, about 2 weeks later, we tried to open the new window, and for some reason it came "off the track" and broke. So we had to go all the way back and have them fix it again.

I would definitely not recommend this place based on quality. They might be cheaper, but I guess you get what you pay for.
