I met Renato in the sales Office at that Century tower condo building, 11 06. he showed be the condo units that were available after American Invxsco had did its Condo lottery. The condos were OK, his service was OK, he was a little bit pushy but still too eager. I may call him back for the special deal that he quoted me on, well see..

Best before & aftermarket service in the condo market...

I am very pleased with the service that Renato has rendered (before & aftermarket). I have bought property 3 years ago, from Renato's real estate developer at the Chicago downtown RiverCity-Private Residence development. The property was a 2 bdrm/ 2 bathrm condo with a excellent river view (it actually hangs over the River), The equity is building because of the area that its located, this I'm very happy about. (all of renatos properties are in the Chicago loop area)

I rate Renato highly for his ability to:

Perform perpetual follow-up (very Pro-Active)

Offers a fair amount of choices in a specific geo-graphic area

Illustrates a wide-range of financial options (Creative finance, flexible plans + incentives)

Has a arsenal of affordable housing programs for most purchasers

And last he has made me happy with my purchase!

I would recommend Renato to anyone who is making a Chicago/ Downtown Condo Real Estate purchasing decision. The Chicago downtown properties appreciate much fasterthan the burbs

I am highly considering helping my family (my mother) purchase more properties from Renatos real estate group in the near future...
