In case you're on the fence, yes it's worth it!

I went to Jennifer to get back on track. I had lost weight before but after several years it was creeping back on and I knew that I had lost focus. I wanted to be at a healthy weight and have healthy habits in place in order to start planning a family. Jennifer gave easy to follow advice (I took loads of notes!) as well as motivation and inspiration. I am down to the weight I was at when i lost weight before, and I feel like I can keep going even further! What is great is that while I still do indulge from time to time, I am much more aware of it and I eat a lot less of the indulgence than I would have. All in all, if it's something you're considering, I say your time and money will be well spent!

In about 8 months I dropped 25 pounds with Jennifer's expertise. In the 8 or 9 months following that I haven't put on a lb. back.
Jennifer is interested in educating her clients about holistically healthy living; finding an eating lifestyle that her client will enjoy, but that is reasonable for attaining goals. Jennifer is very results oriented and is greatly invested in her clients' entire well-being. She facilitates a working relationship with her clients that is personable and non-judgmental. And she is genuine, a pleasure to work with. This is how professionalism was went to be, in my opinion.
Jennifer has given me insights into weight management, and thus healthy living, that I will have with me forever. I can not overemphasize the effectiveness of her insights related to eating lifestyle.
Jennifer has a passion for helping her clients meet their goals. She makes her clients feel like a priority in how accessable she is to follow-up meetings or communication via email.
I'm so glad I took advantage of the opportunity I had to work with her. I'm looking good and enjoying eating. And I know that I can always count on Jennifer for support.

Jennifer helped my husband and myself turn our lives around by working with each of our individual needs and desires. We were on a quest to make a life style change that we could live with, not a "diet" than would simply shed pounds. She taught us how to eat healthy without feeling deprived, or hungry. I thought I knew how to eat properly but the knowledge we gained from her was eye opening. I lost over 25 lbs, and kept it off because of Jennifer I now know how to eat in a healthy way and still enjoy my 'treats". My husband is about half the size he was when we started with Jennifer. You will not find anyone better.

I went to see Jennifer when I felt like I was helpless and hopeless. She made me realize that if you take one step at a time then any goal is attainable. I'm a much happier woman now that I've lost 22 lbs and I'm still working on losing more. The difference between now and 7 months ago is that I know I can do it! I've kept the weight off and I've changed my life. I feel great and I'm so thankful for all of her encouragement and support. I fit into those jeans that I thought I'd have to give away; they're actually too baggy now! Seriously, if you're truly ready to change your life for the better Jennifer Vimbor is the person who can help you reach your goals!!

Progress report...10/23/09

Well it's been 9 months since my first consultation with Jennifer, so I thought I would give a follow-up on my progress. I have lost a total of 22 pounds and kept it off. It feels nice to fit into those 32 waist pants again. Through Jennifer's advice and inspiration, I can truly say my life has changed dramatically. I look and feel better, and have more energy now than I have had since my teens. Jennifer's personal approach and individualized service is second to none. I would highly recommend Jennifer to anyone looking to improve their life. Thank you again Jennifer, and I look forward to our next meeting.

Jennifer is amazing!!!!!!!!!!! I went in and told her I refused to cook and I refused to start eating many of the foods I already dislike and she managed to work with me and helped me lose 45lbs. Even my mother- who never compliments me on such things, is impressed with both Jennifer and I. Furthermore she is energetic and excited about the people she works with in helping them to find a healthier lifestyle that works for them. The fact that she is not judgemental would be reason enough to go, but the fact that she is fun and encouraging makes me actually look forward to seeing her and hearing from her. I have contacted other nutrionists in the past who have bored me, made me feel insecure, and told me they couldn't help me unless I was willing to start cooking and eating foods I know I don't like. Jennifer is not like this, she makes you feel great, even when you are not having a good week. If only all people looking to get healthy could know about her people would find it much easier to do so. To put it simply- SHE IS THE BEST!

I went to see jennifer and she opened my eyes tremendously. I thought I knew everything about nutrition and losing weight but the small changes she advised me to make made all the difference. It was little adjustments that I never thought of that put me over the edge. Her advise made it very easy to make my goals.

I went to Jennifer to to help change my diet and lose weight (about 10 pounds). I didn't want to try a "fad" diet that would only work for a few weeks- I wanted a nutritionist to tailor a life-long eating plan for me that would include healthy foods that I liked. Jennifer was wonderful. She went through my current diet with me and came up with many healthier choices. Not only did she guide me with many healthy substitutions, she also went over a lot of misconceptions that I had about dieting. She spent a lot of time helping me and also sent me additional information between visits. I lost the 10 pounds and feel great! I would highly recommend Jennifer as a nutritionist-she is very informative, very positive and fun to work with.- Wendy

My experience with Jen was nothing short of extraordinary. Her professionalism and personal concern were refreshing in a time that has a shortage of both. Jen took the time to listen to my goals and concerns and then created a plan to fit my specific needs. Of course, the ultimate tool for gauging success is results. Wow! Were there ever results. Not only am I 45 pounds lighter but I have a new perspective on food and on how to keep myself healthy without resorting to "gimmicky" plans. Whatever your personal goals for health or weight loss are, I couldn't be more confident in recommending Jen.
