My boyfriend and I make it a point to go to House of Sushi & Noodles a couple of times a month. The sushi is unpretentious and delicious (though maybe not authentic)... the variety is good, the value is great and the North Carolina Roll is to die for. The wait can get pretty frustrating, especially if you come at peak time (pretty much any time after 6) or have a large party.
Pros: Great Value
Cons: Long waits, too few servers
