Super Sofa

I wanted my sofa cleaned that day, but they had to put me in for the following morning. No biggie.

My appointment was for him to arrive between 8 - 10 am and the guy called to tell me he'd arrive at 9 and he did. Then he cleaned my sofa and now it's clean.

• Pros: Organic, punctual
• Cons: Didn't have appointment same day - apparently they usually do :-s

Employees need training in customer service

This company should fire the woman who answers the phone. Although the carpet cleaning service may be good, the receptionist is rude and unprofessional. After the way I was treated on the phone, I am not sure I would hire this company; first impressions last and the receptionist makes a lasting impression - but not in a good way!

Great prices!

Just used this company to carpet my office and was very happy with the price as well as the quick installation. They even cleaned up after they installed it which was nice.

Speedy, effective, inexpensive carpet cleaning--carpets look like new!

I had a terrible soda stain on my cream colored bedroom carpet, plus general dirt. I'm selling my condo and was just hoping to make it look presentable...didn't expect miracles....But after cleaning, it looks like new. And smells fresh and clean, too. The stain is completely gone.

The service person was on time, knowledgeable, friendly and extremely speedy. I could not have asked for better service.

The cost was also far lower than I had expected. I'm thrilled (obviously)!

doggie disasters

I just got a new puppy last week, and a few nights after I got him I was invited out with some friends. A few drinks turned into an all nighter, and I didn?t get home until the next afternoon. By the time I got home the dog had gone to the bathroom all over my apartment. I tried to get the stains out but it only got worse and the place was starting to smell. I searched for a carpet cleaner and these guys said they could come that day. Within a few hours the guys were cleaning my apartment with cleaners that would be safe for my badly trained dog and everything was as good as new. Now all I have to do is start training the dog!

excellent and friendly service

My carpets all over the house were in horrible condition. Me and the wife were certain that we were going to have to get new carpets. They were well worn, dirty, even smelly. We decided to give a pro cleaning a shot before buying new ones, which turned out to be one of the bets decisions we have ever made. Flat rate carpet came within a few hours of our call, and turned out horrible carpets into something brand new!

Thanks guy, you did a great job and saves us a lot of money!

Great Guys!

A great team that gives great service. My carpets were cleaned really well and my house smells clean again!! I had coffee stains that I scrubbed but did not come out until I called Flat Rate Carpet. They are true professionals. Thanks!

Superb Service!

i called flat rate carpet and they came the same day i didnt think they could clean the pet stains on my sofa, it didnt toke long and it was gone! it was amaizing they were relly good.
