I've switched before an never saw or heard from the rep again. Plus switching was a nightmare with all sorts of glitches. Bill Hoidas and Matrix Payment Systems are consultants to the payment processing industry so aren't locked into any one company. His 24/7 customer service is phenomenal! No more long hold times and multiple voice prompts just to speak with a customer service or tech that doesn't know anything. Bill Hoidas is an expert in all facets of payment processing including electronic checks and ach transmittals.

We needed a larger advance loan for our credit card sales and our bank lines were maxed out. Bill Hoidas of Matrix Payment Systems was initially concerned if we really needed the funds and could afford the repayment terms. He was genuinely concerned about us even though we weren't even a client yet. He has different sources for funding depending on the merchant's credit card score. We did get the funding and will be able to turn a nice profit with the advance. In addition we have a touch screen POS system and the times in the past we have changed processors in the past have been a nightmare. Bill really knows his stuff and made the transition very easy for us. He knew exactly what to do and guided are POS reseller through all the necessary steps. I would recommend Bill to any merchant that does payment processing.

Bill Hoidas and Matrix Payment Systems really delivered for me. I had the opportunity to buy some equipment at below market prices but needed the money in a hurry and my bank lines were tapped out. I was approached by the largest funding company in the business (they said) and their rate was over 35%! I'm so glad I found Bill as he got my the same type of loan for more money and at less than half the other companies rate! He also took over our credit card processing and we are saving quite a bit of money every month with terrific personal service 24/7. For the first time ever we haqve no hidden fees and Bill goes over our staments monthly looking for downgrades and errors. He truly delivers even more than he promises. Adnan

I needed a loan in a hurry and Bill Hoidas Matrix Payment Systems got me one when no one else would. He did it quickly at below market rates and was very respectful. His follow up and customer service are great plus he has saved us a lot of money on our credit card processing. I would recommend Bill Hoidas of Matrix Payment Systems to anyone! I have been doing business with Bill Hoidas since 2006. The experience has been very enjoyable. His customer service is exemplary. Response times to questions are always fast and the information he offers is always helpful. I particularly enjoy his newsletters, which come frequently and always offer useful advice. His rates are outstanding. Not only he did he sign us at a substantial savings to our business, but he has continued to fight to help us reduce our costs even further as our relationship has progressed. The only regret I have about my relationship with Bill is that he isn’t also my lawyer, accountant, attorney and plumber as well. Bill Hoidas and the whole Matrix team have been the best credit card service we have ever had. They have worked with us since early 2000 and they particpate in the NATB trade show every year. No other credit card processor has ever been actively involved with our industry. They explained so much more than any processor ever has about how to eliminate downgrades. From what I understand they have over 140 ticketbrokers as clients and I've never heard anyone complain about them. We definitely recommend Bilkl Hoidas and you can call me anytime. We have worked with Bill Hoidas of Matrix Payment Systems since early 2005 to handle our credit card processing and receipts for all 5 of our accounts. Before that we used another company not aware of the fact that we were being grossly overcharged on some of our accounts. Bill was able to reduce our costs substantially and since than has been proactive in making us aware of ways to lower our fees and credit card charges that effect our business.
