I have been doing business with Bill Hoidas since 2006. The experience has been very enjoyable. His customer service is exemplary. Response times to questions are always fast and the information he offers is always helpful. I particularly enjoy his newsletters, which come frequently and always offer useful advice. His rates are outstanding. Not only he did he sign us at a substantial savings to our business, but he has continued to fight to help us reduce our costs even further as our relationship has progressed. The only regret I have about my relationship with Bill is that he isn’t also my lawyer, accountant, attorney and plumber as well.
