This was truely the worst clubbing experience ever - the doorman was rude and the manager was extremely verbally abusive - I dont recommend that anyone goes here!
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything

At first the bartenders seemed nice...then I noticed them talking about my group of friends as they looked over their shoulders and laughed. Well the joke is on them now... I noticed I was severly OVER charged...NICE TRY. Those shots were not that strong! I have now contacted the place twice and they are still trying to square it away.
Pros: Two sounds going on.
Cons: The Bouncer was tough to get in the back room and then 2 minutes later there was no more bouncer for the night...Cool.

I went to a friend's birthday party here. Let me tell you that I DO NOT recomment it. We were told that there will not be cover for people who won't be drinking but we have an option of getting open bar for $30 for 2 hours. They started charging everybody $30 regardless. Since it was 30 of us and there was no other way to relocate everybody to another place we stayed. The person, who's birthday it was, stepped out of the club after telling the bouncer that she is just seeing a friend off and will be back soon. The bouncer told her that's ok. When she came back he asked for $30 and will not let her in. All of us left because of this type of rude behavior. It ruined the birthday party for my friend and the night for everyone else. I hope this place shuts down because for a friday there were hardly anybody there to begin with.
Pros: NONE
Cons: Rude service, drunk bartenders, overcharging people without any reason..

This place is one of the newest and hottest clubs in Chicago. It brings a taste of beautiful Miami to our beautiful city. The crowd is upper class, people from around Lincoln Park and Downtown but everyone is still really cool. Food is good, drinks are good, vibe is awesome. I've been to almost every club in Chicago and although this is not my #1, its definately in the top 5. This chick above needs to realize that a lot of high class clubs sometimes have Guest List only nights, why dont you try calling ahead of time and getting on that guest list if its and important day like your Bday? Whatever, this place is definately a hott spot, if you like it you may also like The J Bar at the James Hotel in downtown. Both of these places arent the mega 10 rooms super clubs you see nowadays but the trendy smaller sized places that you can really have a good time at. PS: Their Model parties are to die for..!

I went to Krem on a Saturday night at about 10pm to celebrate my birthday. The bouncers let me in and told me that all of the tables were reserved, but did NOT let me know it was a "guest list only" night. They made the majority of my guests stand outside for more than 45 minutes only to tell them that they could not come in AT ALL. We had to re-route the entire party of 20-30 people when there was more than enough space in the club for my guests as well as the guests with "pre-reserved tables." The customer service at Krem is horrible, the manager and the bouncers have elementary communication skills and were making up entry “rules” as they went along. If you want to party at an over-priced pretentious Miami-wannabe club, then Krem is the place for you. Otherwise, please look for a different venue that will be honest and treat you and your guests with respect.
Cons: Over-priced bottles, horrible customer service, dishonest management
