This fitness studio has a warm, airy feeling with hardwood floors and soft lighting. There are no machines, just fun classes that get you moving (like Functional Fitness) or teach you a skill (like Wing Chun). The whole point is to teach people how to naturally put activity back in their lives in a practical way. Each of the disciplines taught here also require mental focus and concentration. No watching TV as you work out! The instructors know all their clients by name. This place is for people who want personalized attention and motivation to get to their next fitness goal. If group classes aren't for you, personal training is also available. There are programs for every member of the family - seniors, adults and children. No contracts....pay reasonable month-to-month rates or pay per class. They are confident you'll like it and will want to come back!

Cons: No parking, no locker rooms, no street shoes
