Since joining Energy Fitness about a year ago, I've gotten in the best shape of my life. I've been working out for over 20 years - Jazzercize, Women's Workout World, etc. Those programs were great, but after a while I became restless and wanted something else. I love the Functional Fitness class because the instructor changes it up each time - I'm never bored and always challenged. The prices are reasonsable and the atmosphere is laid-back. I can finally wear sleveless tops this summer with confidence!
Pros: Great Instructors, low key atmosphere, friendly
Cons: Need early morning workout hours.
