I was an employee of ACA and it was one of the worse companies I have ever worked for, I agree the service we provide is excellent and very professtional, however managment seems totally lost when it comes to pleasing the employees, on more than a few occasions my paycheck was either off by several hundred dollars or had not even come with the rest leaving me to wait for up to a week to recieve payment, not only that but cashing your check from them if you dont have a bank account is almost impossible as many places refuse to cash their checks due to far too many bounced checks that they refuse to pay back. on top of that they also expect you to work ridiculous hours without notice and they change the work schedule, dont inform you of the changed then yell at you and make you feel stupid when you show up to work an hour late becuase you didnt know they changed your schedule yet again...i had a family emergency that i needed to takea couple days off to take care of and because of that i had to work 3 weeks straight without a day off....does this seem fair to you? When confronted with this, the managment just said deal with it, your our employee so when we want you to work, your going to work or you'll be fired.....extremely unfair. i urge anyone thinking of using ACA as their personal message center to please consider the treatment of the people taking you calls for your you opt to save some money.

On March of 2008 this company was contacted by a Florida customer “Me” about the poor service provided. Answering Center America made little effort to correct this issue. The service was so terrible that even our clients questioned the integrality of our company due to the poor performance of a company charging me over $200.00 + a month. I called Answering Center America again late March 2008 and talked to a customer service manager and informed them that due to the terrible service I have had to search out another answering service provider because the quality of service was hurting my company image. Answering Center America has billed my credit card on file multiple times even though they have not provided a service for over a month’s time. Not only have they charged me for service not provided but also for the dissatisfactory service this company has no problem providing. A word of warning, whoever might be thinking of using Answering Center America, Inc. please check around first before committing to this one unless you want your calls to be answered by unprofessional attendants?

Hiring ACA was like having my own persoanl assistant but at a fraction of the cost. E mails with all the callers information were sent to me in a timely and concise manner.

ACA has been a vital part of my company's success over the last year. ACA has been able to allow my employees the time they need to complete their day-to-day tasks to grow my company and provide my clients with the best customer service experience my company has ever offered. I can only wish I would have found ACA earlier, as my clients are the happiest they have ever been!
Pros: Amazing sales people who really care about their client's needs
Cons: Have not found one as of yet
