Well, this was the right decision.

I looked at a lot of companies. And you should too. The training was clear. They were open to my ideas and had a lot of their own to offer. And they always treated my customers well. That was the bottom line. I need to be treated like a big customer. And they always did that.

Answer Center America is the best call center and answering service out there. Their team provided my company GREAT service with their friendly, helpful staff. I would defiantly recommend them to any business looking for a quality service solution!

Excellent Call Center Service

ACA was easy to get set up with and provided excellent and consistent service. Any business owner looking to outsource a receptionist should check out their service and the econmics make too much sense not to. Having someone available 24x7 is extremely valuable to a small business owner. Gives my company that professional edge.

This is a great place to work, the employees are friendly and it is a diverse company. ACA employs top notch people that come from a variety of backgrounds. The office is local and is expanding meaning more jobs for those with great customer service experience.

Horrible Customer Service & Deceptive Contract

This company makes many promises, but fails to keep them. Don't believe anything they put in their contract! The prices they give you at the beginning will increase. The "Annual Line Charge" was only $30.00 in the contract, but $100.00 on the invoice! Customer Service is a joke. The people who answer the phone calls are poorly trained and cannot follow the script provided. Our company lost many jobs due to thier incompetence. Run, do not walk, away from ACA!

I have been very impressed with the quality of service of Answer Center America. The bilingual component has been very beneficial for the clientele I work with. The director of sales and marketing, Mike McMillan, was very helpful in setting up my systems that have helped my company. I give a thumbs up!
Answering Center America, Inc. - Poor Service Provided - Unethical Billing Practices

On March of 2008 this company was contacted by a Florida customer ?Me? about the poor service provided. Answering Center America made little effort to correct this issue. The service was so terrible that even our clients questioned the integrality of our company due to the poor performance of a company charging me over $200.00 + a month.
I called Answering Center America again late March 2008 and talked to a customer service manager and informed them that due to the terrible service I have had to search out another answering service provider because the quality of service was hurting my company image.
Answering Center America has billed my credit card on file multiple times even though they have not provided a service for over a month?s time. Not only have they charged me for service not provided but also for the dissatisfactory service this company has no problem providing.
A word of warning, whoever might be thinking of using Answering Center America, Inc. please check around first before committing to this one unless you want your calls to be answered by unprofessional attendants?

Hiring ACA was like having my own persoanl assistant but at a fraction of the cost. E mails with all the callers information were sent to me in a timely and concise manner.
Terrible Customer Service

If anyone have to use this Answer Center America, request 30 day trial. It was good start but once this company have you, the service is very poor. Eventually they are too busy to talk with you. The worst customer service I have even seen!

- Cons: The website company advertised totally oposite to what they claimed
Best Call Center Ever!!!

ACA has been a vital part of my company's success over the last year. ACA has been able to allow my employees the time they need to complete their day-to-day tasks to grow my company and provide my clients with the best customer service experience my company has ever offered. I can only wish I would have found ACA earlier, as my clients are the happiest they have ever been!
