I lost 18 pounds with the Live-in-Trainer! I learned how to eat so much better than I ever had. I was so hungry on every diet I had ever been on I never had the patience to prepare balanced, nutritious meals for myself and my family. With the Live-in-Trainer plan I was almost never hungry, I learned some great EASY recipies my whole family can enjoy, I exercised in the privacy of my own home (watching my own shows!) and I got support via email from Bob Vani, the owner and personal trainer. I would highly recommend this plan if you are busy (like me) with a family and want to avoid the hassle of health clubs.
Pros: at home, easy, constant communication with a personal trainer
