Average place. The reviews are obviously fake - all single reviews from users whose usernames are all made up of the name and the initials of the city they supposedly live in. OK massage, one star for false advertising.

This combination of deep tissue massage, reflexology and facial is the bomb! It’s a 3 hour combination that makes me feel great. I want more than relaxation, but I’m not in need of any clinical work. It’s a great in between. I scheduled the Renewal once a month and I love it! Camille T, Oak Park

Awakening is right! 3 hours of attention to my neglected self…great concept! The stretching feels so great. I can’t believe how much I need it after sitting all week at work. Even though I stretch before my workouts, when I schedule the Awakening, the stretching is more effective than when I do it myself. This variation of touch and non-touch therapies is such a cool experience. Sometimes I feel like I’m in a psychedelic movie scene, sometimes I have flashes of memories that were buried deep and sometimes I get so deep into a zone that it feels like I’ve gone somewhere. I feel strange on the inside and my body doesn’t feel so well. I’ve heard that CST is a really subtle work. It was a suggestion from the front desk based on what I was describing. After my session, I felt like I had been flushed out of whatever I was carrying. In my work, I stand over a table working with my hands for hours. I have very little rotation in my head, I feel “foggy,” I always have pain in my back, especially between my shoulder blades, and I can’t rotate my body from side to side. I thought I was coming in for a deep tissue massage, but instead, I tried Elimination. In one session, I could turn my head and rotate my body. I was experiencing no pain when I left. I work at a computer all day and find myself with a lot of discomfort between my shoulder blades. Sometimes when I stand up, I feel low back pain that almost freezes me in my tracks. I finally decided to try Helio since I live close by. I haven’t been anywhere since. I come in, take off my shirt, lay on the table and they do the rest. These people are the best bodyworkers I’ve ever experienced. I have had no low back pain for 6 months and all I do is this 30 minute treatment every other week. It’s GREAT! I was shocked at how relaxed my entire body felt after my facial massage. My family keeps telling me how much younger I look. I was surprised that I haven’t been having as many headaches. I have a standing appointment weekly and have for the last 3 months. I don’t feel so rushed to get back to work since there’s no time getting disrobed. I have never heard of a still point. It’s amazing how calm I feel on the inside after the Full Body Rejuvenation. It’s so easy for me to receive. I don’t need to take off my clothes, so I just come in and lay down. The stress from work melts away. When they do the thymus thump, I feel great that they’re stimulating my immune system.
