Greeting. Hi my name is Rose i broke my narrow straps on my good pair od patent shoes. Nobody in the neigborhood was very willing to do the repair since i work downtown i called Sam The Shoe Doctor. they told me to bring them in as they were sure they could replace the straps.The counter person Mary at Sam The Shoe Doctor replaced the straps with No problem, and with a smile. I will recomend all my friends To Sam the Shoe Doctor.

Sam the shoe doctor is great for shoe shine and repairs. Workers in the store have a great sense humor. Shines and repair service time is good. I visit the store often for shines a least twice a week.

Beautifully restored my designer heels to look like new. I was so impressed with the quality of the work that I took in my brief case to have the zipper repaired. Not only did they fix the zipper, they cleaned the leather too. I didn't know that shoe repair shops could do this type of work.

I went to sam the shoe doctor at the last minute to get my favorite heals fixed. I was impressed that not only did they get them done just in time for my event but they cleaned them up making them look like new all over again. They were so friendly and helpful. I would recommend anyone to this shoe repair to anyone!

I have used sam the shoe doctor for my self.My husband had ask me to have his favorite shoes repaired with new soles, He said he never realized they could make the shoe look like new is the first time he has ever had shoes repaired,and was suprised. My husband thank you Sam good job!!!
