Okay massage but disappointed with the service
by candyng
For my first appointment, at SpaForever I had a couple massage. Staffs were very friendly, the location was easy to access, and the service was not bad considering the price. However, if you want a good massage, I would highly recommend Urban Oasis instead.
My second appointment is at 2:30PM today. I completely forgot my appointment yesterday and found out that I have to work today. I called before 9 am to apologize and try to cancel the appointment. The staff's attitude changes as soon as she found out that I am calling to cancel the appointment. The staff claims that she left a message on my cell phone and sent me an email confirmation. She later confirms that she had an incorrect email address in the system. I was not happy with the service and requested to cancel all my future appointments. She became very rude and started to raise her voice as soon as I request to cancel all my appointments. I don't think I will ever go back again.
- Pros: Parking, Price
- Cons: Service
Great experience!

I heard about Spa forever from a friend and I'm so glad I went. The spa itself is small but very relaxing and the staff is extremely friendly and make you feel at ease. I opted for a regenerating power facial and loved the results! My facialists name was Dianka and she was wonderful. She educated me on my skin without being pushy, I even fell asleep during the massage portion. I didn't have a blackhead left and my skin was glowing for days. She even gave me some samples of products that would benefit my skin to try. Overall, loved the spa, the facialist, and the treatment and I'm pretty hard to please!
Very impressed

My friend and i went to spaforever to have a relaxing girls day. We both got facials and were very satisfied with the services. Nikki did my facial and not only did she do a great job but she also educated me on skincare which I desprately needed. She answered all my questions and was extremely friendly. I can't wait to go back soon.
- Pros: great facial, wonderful esthetician
- Cons: prices are going up after the first of the year...
Great spa , great prices

Last weekend I had my 5th massage at SpaForever. I like trying different therapists to experience various techniques. I'm amazed by the technique, friendliness and professionalism of each therapist. Today, I had a facial first time in my life - it was a great experience. Dianka (my aesthetician) knew what she was doing. She walked me through the steps, talked about my skin type and products she was using. I should say she educated me through the process, which I really liked. After the facial, my boyfriend said that my face was glowing like a baby face :) They have a promotion and services are $49. You cannot find such a service and atmosphere for this price.
- Pros: Great massages and facials. Friendly and professional staff. Affordable
Men and women indulge in luxury spa services that don't break the bank at this comfortable, marble-floored Bucktown spot.

In Short
Spagoers relax in a spacious, minimalist lounge over cucumber water before heading to serene, earth-toned treatment rooms with customized tunes. But luxury doesn't come at competitors' prices. A full menu of services--including issue-specific back, acne and anti-aging facials--runs less than $100. Swedish, sports, deep tissue and relaxation massages as well as an array of waxing treatments are also offered.
Definitely Give It a Try!

I got a massage and a facial at SpaForever - loved both. Facial was $70 and massage was $60. They use Dermalogica products which I'm a big fan of. I have booked my appointments through their website. It's pretty simple. Receptionists and therapists are friendly and knowledgeable. Decoration looks great, too. It has European style. The ambiance, service quality, friendly people, fantastic prices... I'm hooked. Thanks SpaForever!
- Pros: Friendly and knowledgeable staff, great prices, design
- Cons: None
Great service!

My girlfriend and I got massages over the weekend and really loved the place. The people were extremely friendly and helpful. We live in the burbs, but I think this place is worth the trip for the great service and affordable prices.
- Pros: Good value, great people
Wonderful facial - great service

I'd been anticipating my facial at SpaForever since making my appointment online after receiving the Daily Candy e-mail a few weeks ago. I was not disappointed!! I like to treat myself to a facial whenever possible (of course this usually only works out to 4 or 5 times a year), and this was by far my best facial experience. I believe Danika was my esthetician's name, and she was wonderful. She explained everything that she was doing, and talked with me about inexpensive products she'd recommend for my skin type. I've had many experiences where I've felt like I was getting a sales pitch, and this was not one of them. I had the most relaxing, perfect facial - and my skin feels incredibly hydrated & soft. I will definitely go back for more facials and other spa services, and will recommend to my friends.
- Pros: Attentive & knowledgable staff, Atmosphere, Easy Street Parking
Great massage for me, great facial for my wife
by oaktree43
We heard about SpaForever at Daily Candy and Time Out. We booked our appointments through their website - which was pretty simple. We had the services in the couples room. I got a great deep tissue massage from Laurel while my wife had a regenerating facial (?) from Jenise. I have not felt that relaxed for a long time and my wife's face was glowing like a baby after the treatment. Receptionists and the therapists were friendly and competent. Owners (I assume) were on the site making sure customers were satisfied. Interior looks great, too. Marble floors and very interesting wall paper on the walls. The ground spot lights on the hallway look cool but fit better at a lounge in my opinion. Massage for $60, facial at $70, luxury and great customer service... We love SpaForever and it will be our first choice for our next spa service.
- Pros: Great customer service, affordable, european design
- Cons: One location only - need one closer to where I live
Great massage!!!

I read about SpaForever in Time Out Chicago and I had a relaxation massage there today. I was really pleased with the service. The therapist was very experienced. She focused on my shoulders and my back and the pressure was just fine. The music and the atmosphere were so soothing that I almost fell asleep during the massage. Of all the massages I've had, this one was one the best and by far the cheapest. I'll definitely have more massages there and I'll try the facials since they're using Dermologica products.
