First I will say that the shoes in the place are nice. There wasn't anything that wowed me but very good quality shoes. Here is the problem. The first time I came in was last summer. I had been on a run and I was on my phone with my earpiece not being loud or even talking, just listening to the person on the other end. I like to browse and get comfortable in my surroundings in a store. The owner told me I was not allowed to be on the phone because then he couldn't tell me about all the shoes. I don't want to talk, I want to look. Then I actually came in another time and overheard him bragging to the customer about how "great" his merchandise is and this kind of store is meant to be on Rush/Oak but he is located there because he owns the bld.If he wants to be that eccentric then maybe he should take his store to the Rush street area and rent out his space to someone normal. He's way too pushy. Get out of people's face's.
Pros: Beautiful store with nice merchandise
Cons: Pushy owner that is overwhelming and doesn't let you just look for a minute

NEVER will I set foot in this mediocre shoe store again. The salesman was the rudest and most belligerent person I have ever dealt with, he started screaming at me when I approached the display. This person's concept of customer service is as foreign to him as is his fashion sense (the shoe selection was atrocious..rejects from last season). I would deter any shoe lover from wasting their time here because the shoes are definitely not worth it : (

This store does have a lot of unique great shoes, purses and dresses to choose from, but i was also really turned off by the owner. He had a snobby attitude and made for an uncomfortable shopping experience.

The owner is very informative and passionate about quality and selection. Definitely worth taking a look if you want something of quality, unique, sophisticated and at reasonable prices.

I have been to this store twice. The first time, as soon as I walked in and started browsing around, I got interuppted by the owner. He started bragging on how he is so into fashion and how he has been working in the industry for 30 yrs. I was not really in a comfortable state. The whole time I was looking around, he would follow and brag some more about "the business" and fashion world. The second time I was there with a friend and he started his same little speech, but this time I tried on a pair of shoes. I asked him a couple of questions regarding my outfit. I wanted to try a different the shoes in a different color and he told me I was wrong to choose that color to go with the outfit. Then, started bragging once again. I was so upset and just ended up walking out. I personally would never go back there again. Overall, customer service is horrible, and also shoes are a bit overpriced.

The shop is very cute. Small, but nice selection for the size. A bit out of my price range, but not outrageous by any means. Adorable bags too. I was a bit turned off by the owner. He clearly has great taste, but I did not enjoy being told that I was wrong about my feet. I explained to him that I couldn't wear pointy-toe shoes b/c my feet are too big. He told me I was wrong. When pointy-toe shoes were the only thing available in LA 10yrs ago, I wore them. For 2 years I tried to wear them and for 2 years I was in pain. Now I know that they don't work on my feet. I'm not a fan of having someone tell me I wrong about my body when I'm shopping. Other then that, go check this place out. The shoes are very cute, and he stocks high heels, kitten heels and flats. Something for everyone. If you like shoes you will like this place.

What a GREAT FIND !!!!!!! Fantastic European shoes, handbags, dresses and jewlery. The owner is the most helpful shoe guy i've EVER come into contact with. I've never met anyone with a better shoe/fashion knowledge. This IS a MUST go to boutique for your one stop fashion fix.
